	The last accepting rule, or detail::dfa_no_rule.
std::size_t	best_end
	Where that accept ended (the walk's start when none).
std::size_t	stop
	Where the walk stopped: a dead state, a proven-dead pair, or the end.
std::uint32_t	resume
	Armed walks only: the state at best_end, where a dead stretch begins.
bool	died
	It stopped on the dead state: nothing after stop could revive it.
std::uint32_t	last
	The state it stopped in (0 when it died).
